LG Nexus 5 Review

LG Nexus 5

LG Nexus 5

Nexus 5 was released in 2013 November,a year before  and still gives the toughest competition to its competitors.Nexus 5 is one of the most famous phone in market even after a year.It might sound its a bit old phone but you all know that hearing "Old is gold" and this is what we called the most eyed product of every competitor phone company of its time.Smoothest and fluent of all.Father of all phones and my favorite phone till now.Though Nexus 6 is going to be released very soon this phone havent disappeared away from its fans.I used this phone for a month and was pretty impressed actually I didnt liked any phone so much .So heres my review.

Our Review

So,though being my favorite phone I will not be partial.First look when I took this phone in my hands for the first time, first thought was it looks so simple yet so decent and I fell in love with it,one looks pretty simple a bit thick but its ok you will like the design,no regrets.Phone has a 5 inch display which is true HD IPS+ capacative touchscreen which is protected by corning glass 3 .Phone feels solid so you dont have to worry about it.Having a corning gorilla glass 3 you dont have to worry about scratches either untill you stab a knife in the display.Being a Google made product it has already got android L preview version or developer version,so u can already enjoy Android L experience in it.It will also be one of the first phones to be updated to Andorid Lollipops official launch.Phone has a Qualcomm MSM8974 Snapdragon 800 chipset with a Quad-core 2.3 GHz Krait 400 CPU and Adreno 300 GPU with 2gb RAM.its loaded with a lot of RAM so lags arent a problem in this phone and playing high end games will be a joyfull experence too. While i was using this phone it never lagged there was sometime a lag but just for some milliseconds yet that can be neglected everything about this phone is perfect except its 8 megapixel camera and battery. This phone tops when it comes at processing speed and multitasking.Nexus 5 has a 8 megapixel camera which I think is not so good.A phone priced at 34000 INR should have had a better camera with at least of 13 megapixel camera. This phone also doesnt have a good battery backup while using 3G connectivity .Phone has 2300 mAh non-removable battery, which sometimes starts heating up as the phone is used for gaming for a long time.Yet does its job ok.Camera is well and good but could have been a lot better.Phone has a 1.3 megapixel front camera also.Phone has a 16 GB and 32 GB variant and memory cannot be expanded which is also a disadvantage of it.It seems Google has manly focused on performance not on any other thing.Well, the phone out stands in every aspects though. As phone is made by Google and if you are an android fan then this must be it,go for it.
